1.  What are the system requirements for Windows® 7?

Here are the system requirements for Windows 7:
  • 1 GHz or faster 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor
  • 1 GB RAM (32-bit) / 2 GB RAM (64-bit)
  • 16 GB available disk space (32-bit) / 20 GB (64-bit)
  • DirectX 9 graphics processor with WDDM 1.0 or higher driver
2. Will my Belkin router still work with Windows 7?

Yes.

3. What is Home Group?

Home Group takes the headache out of sharing files and printers on a home network.  In the home group, two or more computers running Windows 7 can be connected.  Home Group makes it easy to automatically start sharing your music, pictures, video, and document libraries with others in your home

4. Will my Belkin wireless adapter work with Windows 7?

5. Will my DMA2100 or DMA2200 work with Windows 7?

No, these devices are unsupported.

6. How do I make the run command available in Windows 7?

 
Step 1:
Right-click on the Start button and choose Properties.

Step 2:
Under the Start Menu tab, click Customize... then tick the Run command check box.
 
7. How do I access Device Manager in Windows 7?

 
Step 1:
Right-click on My Computer on the desktop and select Properties.

Step 2:
On the left hand section, click Device Manager.
 
8. How do I map my NMH drive to my new Windows 7 computer?

 
Step 1:
Right-click on My Computer on the desktop and select Map Network Drive.

Step 2:
Click Browse..., select the drive you want to map, then click OK.

Step 3:
Click Finish.

9. Do I need to do anything to add my new/upgraded wired Windows 7 computer to the network?

No, just connect your computer to your router using an ethernet cable and you will be connected to the network.
