Does the car charger need a power supply?Yes, it requires at least a 20W USB-C power supply to provide the full 15W. It comes with a 20W USB-C PD 3.0 charger in the box.
What are the recommended operating and storage temperatures of this product?Below are the operating, storage, and humidity requirements for the charging pad:

Operating temperature: between 0°C to 40°C at 10% to 90% RH

Storage temperature: between -40°C to 85°C at 5% to 95% RH

Does the Belkin WIC008 rotate?Yes, the Belkin WIC008 can do a full 360° rotation.
Are there any maintenance or device care tips that I need to know when using this product?To safely use the Belkin WIC008 make sure not to place credit cards, security badges, passports, or key fobs between your iPhone and the Belkin WIC008 because these might damage the magnetic strips or RFID chips in those items. If you have a case that holds any of these sensitive items, remove them and make sure that they aren’t in between the back of your device and the charger.

Can I charge it with a phone case on?Yes, it can be used with MagSafe-compatible cases.
Will the Belkin WIC008 work with my car?The Belkin WIC008 is compatible with most vent slats. It is designed to work with vent slats of up to 3 mm in thickness and up to 20 mm in depth. This device works best with straight, horizontal vent slats, but can also work with vertical vent slats. When using a vertical vent slat, it may move slightly if it is overloaded with weight. 
Can I charge my iPhone® while the Apple Wallet® is attached to my phone?No, Apple Wallet should be removed before attempting to attach your phone to the Belkin WIC008.
Can I use it with a non-MagSafe phone?No.
FUNCTIONALITY
How many devices can I charge at the same time?You can charge one device at a time.
How do I attach and remove my phone from the mount?To attach the Belkin WIC008, simply place the back of your phone onto the flat surface of the mount. The magnets will align your phone perfectly and securely on the mount.

To remove the phone from the mount, simply grasp the top or bottom of the phone and remove it with a peeling motion. If you attempt to grasp the phone at the center and pull off the mount, it is possible that the mount may detach from the vent.
In what orientations can I place my phone on the mount?You can set your phone on the mount in either portrait or landscape mode.
Can I angle the mount for a better view?Yes. The mount can be rotated and turned left, right, up, or down for the best and safest viewing angle while in use.
Can I use the vent mount with my car's heater turned ON?Caution should be taken when using your vehicle's heater while your phone is attached to the Belkin WIC008. Since the mount places your phone directly in the airflow path, the warm air may cause your phone to overheat. It is recommended to disable airflow from the vent that the Belkin WIC008 is connected to when using the heater.
Are there any status lights on the product?None.
How do I align my device for wireless charging?The phone charging portion of the Belkin WIC008 uses an Apple-approved MagSafe charger. This feature aligns your phone correctly for charging. When you place your iPhone on the charger, you will feel the magnets pulling your phone into proper alignment.
