1. How do I know when my power bank is fully charged?
When your battery pack is fully charged, all four indicator lights will light up solid.
2. Does it support fast charging?
No.
3. Does it have an ON / OFF button?
No. The Belkin BPB012 doesn’t have an ON and OFF button. It will automatically enter into sleep mode when it is not being used. The button will wake it up.
NOTE: You can’t manually put the Belkin BPB012 into sleep mode.
4. Can I use this product outdoors?
Yes. The Belkin BPB012 is designed for indoor and outdoor use.
5. Does the Belkin BPB012 support USB-C® Power Delivery?
No.
6. How long will it take to recharge the power bank?
Charging the power bank to a full charge will depend on the following:
- The charge level of the power bank when you begin charging
- Capabilities of the charger being used to charge the power bank
- When you are charging a device while charging the power bank
NOTE: The Belkin BPB012 can provide output power from a single port, two ports or three ports. It has a maximum shared total output of 5V/3A/15W.
7. Can I recharge my power bank and use it at the same time?
No. It does not support pass-through charging.
8. Can it charge up to three devices at once?
Yes. This power bank can charge three devices at once with a power output of 15W.
