The NVIDIA® Quadro® P1000 and P2000 shows only the 640x800 resolution in the NVIDIA Control Panel/Display properties when the display is attached to the Belkin F1DN104P, F1DN104W-3, or F1DN104Q-3. The other resolution options are greyed out.
Solution:
Below are the recommended drivers and HDMI® settings for the NVIDIA Quadro P1000 and P2000. These have been tested with the KVMs connected to an ultra-wide monitor (Samsung® S34J55x) and 4K displays (Samsung U28E510, AOC U2879G6, and Dell® UP3216Q).
1. Driver version 471.11 (NVIDIA RTX Enterprise Production Branch Driver)
- Release date: 6/23/2021
- No issue found if the Display OSD HDMI setting is HDMI 1.4
2. Driver version 462.59 (NVIDIA RTX Production Branch Driver)
- Release date: 5/11/2021
- No issue found if the Display OSD HDMI setting is HDMI 1.4
3. Driver version 376.84 (Quadro desktop/Quadro notebook driver release 375)
- Release date: 2/14/2017
- No issue found with either HDMI 1.4 or 2.0 Display OSD HDMI setting
You may also use these configurations for the same scenario with other NVIDIA Quadro graphics cards. In some monitor OSDs, if the Display OSD HDMI setting is HDMI 2.0, the Extended Display Identification Data (EDID) will still read correctly from the KVM but the recommended resolution is 1920x1080 instead of 3840x2160.
You can also create a custom resolution in the NVIDIA Control Panel if the resolution on your display is still low. To do this, open the NVIDIA Control Panel and select Change resolution.

Click on the display that you would like to change, then click on Customize > Create Custom Resolution. Set the custom resolution and click OK.
