Solution:
If you can only pair one earbud to your phone or tablet, reset the earbuds to factory default settings. Follow the steps below, to learn how:
Step 1:
The reset can be done by pressing and holding the touch-sensitive pads on both earbuds for 10 seconds and then releasing them when the indicator lights turn OFF.

After the reset, set your earbuds to pairing mode by pressing and holding the touch-sensitive pads on each earbud for 2 seconds.
