Yes. The patch panel blocks are removable.

Our patch panels use punch down 110 keystones, so on one side is the RJ-45 female receptacle, and on the other side is a punch down to hard wire the backbone cable into the patch panel.

7. Which of the Patch Panels are front loading?
The F4P638, C-PP5, F4P338, F4P600 are all front loading. However, these Belkin Patch Panels are front loading in terms of the panel can be screwed into the rack from the front, all cables are rear loaded, not front loaded (same for key stones).
8. Do all of Belkin copper patch panels come with a strain relief bar?
