How to locate the supported region for your location
On the Amazon website, there is a support article listing out the available Alexa services by location. It shows the supported Alexa languages as well as where to purchase your Alexa device. You will need that information to change the location settings on your smartphone or tablet so that you can set up the Alexa on your Belkin SOUNDFORM ELITE G1S0002. To view the article, click here.

- Supported Language: This is the spoken language(s) that the Alexa supports for that location.
- Purchase from: This is the region that needs to be set on your smartphone or tablet to enable Amazon Alexa setup. This is based on the location of the Amazon website.
Example:
If you are in Norway
- Your Alexa supports UK English language
- You must set your smartphone or tablet location to Germany
How to enable the Amazon Alexa setup

Step 2:
Locate your location in the list and note the Purchase from information.
NOTE: The Purchase from is the location you will need to set your smartphone or tablet location.
Step 3:
On your smartphone or tablet, go to Settings and change your location or region to the Purchase from information that you have obtain in Step 2.
Step 4:
Open the Belkin SOUNDFORM app and swipe to the left to get to the menu. You should now see the option to set up Amazon Alexa.
Step 5:
Once Alexa has been set up, go back to the Settings page of your smartphone or tablet and change the location or region back to your location.
