Troubleshooting the Belkin SOUNDFORM app not finding an adapter error

If you are receiving an error message that your Belkin SOUNDFORM app cannot locate the Belkin AUZ002, there are a few items that you can check and troubleshooting steps you can perform.

Items to check: 
  • Ensure that your smartphone or tablet is connected to the same WiFi as your speaker. 
  • Ensure that your adapter is powered ON and connected to the WiFi. 

Troubleshooting to try: 
  • Reboot your adapter
  • Close and reopen the Belkin SOUNDFORM app
  • Disconnect and reconnect your smartphone or tablet from the WiFi 
  • Reboot your smartphone or tablet
