Step 2:
There are three methods in accessing the Belkin range extender’s web-based setup page:
-
Enter "https://extender.belkin.com" in your browser. Make sure that you are connected to your Belkin range extender.
-
Enter “https://RX7500-xxx” for Windows® and Android™, where xxx represent the last three characters of the Belkin RX7500’s MAC address. The MAC address is located at the back label of the device.
NOTE: If you changed your Belkin range extender’s name, you will need to use the custom name (eg. https://MyAP).
Enter “https://RX7500-xxx.local" for macOS® or iOS, where xxx represent the last three characters of the Belkin range extender’s MAC address. The MAC address is located at the back label of the device.
NOTE: If you changed your Belkin range extender’s name, you will need to use the custom name (eg. https://MyAP.local).
-
Enter the Belkin range extender’s IP address.
NOTE: If the Belkin range extender does not detect a DHCP server, the default IP address is 192.168.1.1. Otherwise, you will need to look up your range extender’s IP address in the DHCP Client Table of your router.
QUICK TIP: Some options may not be available in Access Point mode due to the design and functionality of an access point.
Step 3:
You will be prompted for an administrative Password. If you have changed your password, enter your customized password. Otherwise, enter "admin" in the appropriate field then click Login.
