1.  What is the Belkin SCREENFORCE™ InvisiGlass™ Ultra Privacy Screen Protection?

2.  What is the warranty of this product?

It has a limited lifetime warranty for North America (USA and Canada) and Europe (EMEA) and a 2-year limited warranty for all other regions.

3.  Does this overlay have a Connected Equipment Warranty (CEW)?

HARDWARE INFORMATION

1.  How does this overlay keep others from seeing my screen?

Using louver technology, the overlay blocks the transmission of light starting at a 30° viewing angle.  Anyone not looking directly at the phone will not be able to view what is on your screen.

2.  What is a louver?

A louver is a series of narrow openings that are angled in a way to block light or other elements from transmitting through (e.g., window blinds).

3.  Does this overlay block the view for everyone?

The overlay provides privacy when the phone is used in portrait mode.  Once the phone is rotated into landscape mode, any user can view the screen.

4.  How thick is the overlay?

The overlay is 0.29 mm thick.

5.  What is the Pencil Hardness rating of the overlay?

The overlay has a Pencil Hardness measurement of 9H, the highest level of scratch protection available.  It provides superior resistance against hard metal objects and damage caused by drops and impacts.

6.  What does the Pencil Hardness rating of the overlay indicate?

Belkin uses a standard test method for Film Hardness measurement called the ASTM D3363.  This test uses the Pencil Hardness scale with 9B being the softest and 9H being the hardest.  Each of these screen protectors have a Pencil Hardness rating of 9H.  This means your overlay can resist damage from materials that have a lower hardness rating than what the overlay is rated at.
