4.  What do the light status indicator mean?

Below is a list of the light behaviors and the corresponding activity they represent.

Indicator Light	Description
OFF	Charger in standby
White	Start-up (powering ON) - light will turn ON for 1 second and then turn OFF. Charging a device - light will remain solid ON while the device is on the pad. Device is fully charged - light will remain solid until the device is removed from the pad.
Orange	Charging error - light will remain solid until the device is removed from the pad. Foreign object detected - light will remain solid until the device is removed from the pad. Device is misaligned - light will remain solid until the device is removed from the pad. Temperature issue - light will remain solid until the device is removed from the pad. The internal circuitry will reduce power to lower heat. If unable to lower heat, charging will cease after 10 seconds.

5. What does Foreign Object Detection mean?

When an object or device that is not Qi-compatible is placed on top of the wireless charging pad, it will detect this and not attempt to charge. This keeps both your device and charging pad safe.

6. What do I do in the case of a charging error?

When this occurs, check the following:

That the device is properly aligned on the charging pad.
That a Qi-compatible device is placed on the charging pad.
That the charging pad and phone are not overheating.

7.  What type of cable is included?

The wireless charging pad is designed to slow down charging if the phone starts to warm, and will stop charging completely if the phone remains hot.

If you notice that the phone is hot, remove the phone from charging for a few minutes to cool down. Make sure to turn OFF any power-hungry apps or services that may be causing the phone to work hard and try charging again.
