2. How do I know when my power bank is fully charged?
When your battery pack is fully charged, all four indicator lights will light up.

NOTE: It is recommended to store the device between 50 percent to 75 percent charge level.

It can take up to 2+ hours to charge the pack from empty to full, depending on the capacity of the battery and type of charger.
2. Can these individual battery packs charge a laptop?
It is NOT recommended to use a battery pack in charging a laptop. However, in some instances, laptops can support low charging power (5 V type).
3. Is there a minimum draw requirement?
The product has been designed and tested to support charging of various consumer electronic devices that may have different minimum requirements. There may be a special case where the consumer electronic charges below the minimum draw requirement, thus causing the battery pack to go into auto-sleep before the charging is completed. The battery pack, however, has an extended auto-sleep threshold so that it stays ON longer to support such a device.
4. Is there an ON / OFF button on these battery packs?
