Setting up the Belkin 4-Way HDMI® Switch with Wireless Remote, AV10117

The Belkin 4-Way HDMI® Switch with Wireless Remote, AV10117 lets you connect and switch among four (4) separate HD video sources and use only one HDMI connection on your HDTV. This article will guide you on how to install the Belkin AV10117.

IMPORTANT: Make sure to place the Belkin AV10117 away from heat, moisture, and sources of electromagnetic or radio frequency interference.

Step 1:
Connect your HD devices into the input ports of your HDMI switch.

Step 2:
Connect the HDMI switchbox to the HDTV through the output port.

Step 3:
Plug the Infrared (IR) remote sensor in the IR port of the HDMI switchbox.

QUICK TIP: Make sure to place the IR sensor at a visible place near the front panel of the product with clear access to the remote control commands.

Step 4:
Power ON the HD source.

NOTE: The HDMI Switch will automatically select the input to begin normal operation.

You should now have installed your Belkin AV10117.
