Firmware updates, troubleshooting, or product registration of your Belkin devices may require you to search for product numbers such as the model, version, and serial number. If you have trouble finding your version number, see this article to learn more.

IMPORTANT: After updating the firmware to 1.2.00.273012 or later, downgrading the firmware to an older version is no longer supported.

If you will be MANUALLY updating the firmware from 1.1.00.180912 or older to a newer version, you MUST update the firmware using 1.1.01.272918 first BEFORE installing the latest version. You can update the firmware manually or by enabling Auto-Updates.
