There are two ways to reset your Light Strip:
Manual Reset
Reset via the Wemo App
Manual Reset
Step 2: Unplug the power supply for 1 second.
Step 3: Plug in the power supply for 1 second.
Step 4: Unplug the power supply for 1 second.
Step 5: Plug in the power supply for 1 second.
Step 6: Unplug the power supply for 1 second.
Step 7: Plug in the power supply for 1 second.
Step 8: Unplug the power supply for 1 second.
Step 9: Plug in the power supply for 1 second.
Step 10: Unplug the power supply for 1 second.
Step 11: Plug in the power supply and leave it ON. After about 3 seconds, the Light Strip will flash rapidly 3 times to show a successful reset and ready for pairing.
Reset via the Wemo App
Step 2: Tap Edit.
Step 3: Tap OSRAM LIGHTIFY™ Flex RGBW.
Step 4: Tap Reset Options. Then, select either:
- Reset Name, Rules & Data – This will ONLY reset the personalized device Name, Rules and Data of your Light Strip. This does NOT erase the connection to the Wemo Link.
- Erase All Content and Settings – This will reset the Light Strip back to its factory default settings. All saved data will be lost and cannot be retrieved.
