Getting to know the BT Smart Home Cam web portal

The BT Smart Home Cam web portal is accessed via https://myhomecam.bt.com. Here, you can access your BT Smart Home Cam account without using the BT Smart Home Cam App. Through the web portal, you can access the BT Smart Home Cam premium features, replay events, copy recorded events to a local computer or delete events and other features.

To access the web portal, use the account credentials you created during the BT Smart Home Cam 100 device setup then click Login.

Zoom and pan controls

Select an available camera and control panning or zooming actions.

Camera Settings

Access the Camera Settings page and configure video or audio settings.

Sharing

View the Sharing settings page where you can enable or disable the Sharing feature. You can also invite viewers by adding their email address.

Push Notification and Motion Trigger

Configure push notification settings and motion trigger size according to your preference.

Events

Access the Events settings page where you can review, playback or delete events and download recorded events to your computer as MP4 files.

Account and About

The Account page contains the customer’s account information including the account name, password and email address. The About page contains information about the camera such as firmware version, model no. and the like.
