IMPORTANT: Before using your Belkin QODE Keyboard, make sure to disconnect the Bluetooth® devices previously connected to it. Also, if the keyboard layout of your device is different from that of your Hardware Keyboard, you must change the keyboard language to update the output. Before pairing your keyboard, make sure you have done the following:
- You have assembled or inserted your iPad Air 2 with the keyboard case. To know how to assemble or insert your iPad Air 2, click here.
- You have charged the keyboard. To know how to charge your keyboard, click here.
Step 1:
Position your iPad Air 2 on the keyboard to turn it ON.

QUICK TIP: Detaching your iPad Air 2 from the keyboard will turn OFF the keyboard.

Step 2:
Turn ON the Bluetooth on your iPad Air 2.

Step 3:
On the Belkin F5L190 keyboard, press fn and the pair button to start the pairing process.

Step 4:
On your iPad Air 2, look for and select Belkin Ultimate Lite under Bluetooth > Devices.
On your iPad Air 2, look for and select Belkin Ultimate Lite under Bluetooth > Devices.
Your iPad Air 2 should now display Connected to the Belkin Ultimate Lite keyboard.
