Yes, the Belkin WIC004 can do a full rotation (360°).

5.  Are there any device care or maintenance tips that I need to know when using this product?

To safely use the mount, make sure not to place credit cards, security badges, passports or key fobs between your iPhone and the Belkin WIC004 because these might damage the magnetic strips or RFID chips in those items.  If you have a case that holds any of these sensitive items, remove them and make sure that they aren’t in between the back of your device and the mount.

6. What are the specifications of the power supply included with the device?

The Belkin WIC004btBK model includes a 20W USB-C Power Delivery (PD) 3.0 car power supply unit.  However, the Belkin WIC004btBK-NC does not come with a power supply unit.

7. How long is the included cable of the product?

It is a detachable 3.9-ft / 1.2-m USB-C cable.

8.  How does the phone attach to the charger?

The Belkin WIC004 has a magnetic ring compatible with iPhones that have MagSafe technology. 

COMPATIBILITY

1.  What devices will the Belkin WIC004 work with?

The Belkin WIC004 is designed to work with iPhone 13 and iPhone 12 series phones and cases.  It has been tested to work with the following phone models:

2.  Can I charge it with my phone case on?

The Belkin WIC004 can be used with cases of up to 3 mm in thickness.

3.  Will the Belkin WIC004 work with my car? 

The Belkin WIC004 is designed to work with vehicle vent slats of up to 3 mm in thickness and up to 20 mm in depth.  The vent mount works best with straight, horizontal vent slats, but can also work with vertical vent slats.  When using a vertical vent slat, the mount may move slightly if it is overloaded with weight. 

4.  Can I charge my iPhone® while the Apple Wallet® is attached to my phone?

No.  The Apple Wallet should be removed before attempting to attach your phone to the Belkin WIC004.

5.  Can I use it with a non-MagSafe phone?

No.

FUNCTIONALITY

1.  How many devices can I charge at same time?

You can charge one device at a time.

2.  Can I use the Belkin WIC004 as a charging pad for the iPhone 12 or iPhone 13?

Yes.

3.  How do I attach and remove my phone from the mount?

To attach the Belkin WIC004, simply place the back of your phone onto the flat surface of the mount.  The magnets will align your phone perfectly and securely on the mount.

To remove the phone from the mount, simply grasp the top or bottom of the phone and remove it with a peeling motion.  If you attempt to grasp the phone at the center and pull off the mount, it is possible that the mount may detach from the vent.

4.  In what orientations can I place my phone on the mount?

You can set your phone on the mount in either portrait or landscape mode.

5.  Can I angle the mount for a better view?

Yes.  The mount can be rotated and turned left, right, up or down for the best and safest viewing angle while in use.

6.  Can I use the vent mount with my car's heater turned ON?

Caution should be taken when using your vehicle's heater while your phone is attached to the Belkin WIC004.  Since the mount places your phone directly in the airflow path, the warm air may cause your phone to overheat.  It is recommended to disable airflow from the vent that the Belkin WIC004 is connected to when using the heater.

7.  Are there any status lights on the product?

None.

8.  How do I align device for wireless charging?

The phone charging portion of the Belkin WIC004 uses an Apple-approved MagSafe charger.  This feature aligns your phone correctly for charging.  When you place your iPhone on the charger, you will feel the magnets pulling your phone into proper alignment.
