- Check the alignment of your device. The charging coil of the Belkin WIZ011 is in the center of the charging pad, indicated by the circle and lightning bolt. Not all Qi™-compatible devices have the charging coils in the same place, and you may need to move your device around on the charging pad to align the coils properly.

- If you are using a case, try removing it. The Belkin WIZ011 supports charging with phone cases up to 3 mm in thickness. If your case is too thick or made of a material that blocks wireless charging, the pad will not recognize your device and will not turn ON to begin charging.

- Make sure your device supports Qi charging. If your device does not support Qi charging, the status light will light orange to indicate a charging error.

- Power cycle the charging pad. This is done by unplugging the USB-C® cable from the back of the charger, waiting for 5 seconds and plugging it back in.
- Try another power outlet to ensure that the charger is receiving power.
- Try another device to check and see if the charger is operating.
