2. How do I properly align my phone for wireless charging?
To do this, place the back of your phone on top of the charger and the built-in magnet will automatically align it.
3. How do I stop it from charging my phone wirelessly?
To do this, carefully twist or slide your phone away from the charger.
4. How many devices can the Belkin BPD001 charge at the same time?
The Belkin BPD001 can charge up to two devices at the same time. This means you can charge up to two devices via USB or one device via USB and one wireless device.
NOTE: Charging three devices at the same time is not recommended.
5. How is the charging power distributed between two devices charging at the same time when one is charging via USB and the other is charging wirelessly?
The wireless charging on the Belkin BPD001 can provide up to 7.5W power output to your wireless charging capable device. When simultaneously charging devices using the wireless charging feature and a USB-A or USB-C port, the Belkin BPD001 can provide up to 15W shared between the two devices.
The Belkin BPD001 prioritizes wireless charging over the USB ports. This means that of the 15W maximum output, the wireless device will take up to 7.5W first and whatever is left of the 15W will be provided to the USB ports.

The Belkin BPD001 charges through the USB-C port and requires a minimum power supply of 18W.

The lights beside the button provide an approximation of how much charge is left in the power bank. The number of lights lit when pressing the button corresponds to the following:
- Four lights: 75% to 100% charged
- Three lights: 50% to 75% charged
- Two lights: 25% to 50% charged
- One light: 25% or less charged
10. How do I know if it is charging?
When the lights on the charger are solid white, this indicates that the Belkin BPD001 is charging properly.
11. What orientations can I use when charging my phone?
You can charge your phone in either portrait or landscape mode while using the Belkin BPD001.
12. How do you turn OFF the Belkin BPD001 to stop it from charging?
The charger will turn OFF once it has not had any charging activity for 20 minutes.
